I’m Terance Eady, founder of Urban Alliance Insurance, LLC an independent agency built to bring clarity, options, and real support to individuals and businesses across Florida.

With a background at a major national carrier, I saw firsthand how limited options and one-size-fits-all solutions can leave people underprotected or overpaying. That experience led me to build something different an agency focused on education, transparency, and access to multiple trusted carriers.
